  3. The dough can be stored in a cool, dry place for up to one year. cooked pasta should be placed in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3-5 days. Adding a splash of extra virgin olive oil helps prevent sticking. cooked pasta will continue to absorb the oils and flavors, which makes the best pasta salad 24-48 days after its completion.
