i'll be the first to have a taste, ha! i'm thinking - you should open a family restaurant, ayie, if you don't have one already...you're tops! your cooking is as good as betchai's pictures! simply awesome! yum!
cherie, i think i misleaded you with the recipes. those are from a family cookbook collection and not my personal recipes. Though I really cook but not much by measurement. I have a few of my dishes in my other blog jif photojournal. I still haven't posted the others. That is where I post my personal dishes. hehe but thanks a lot! If I have nothing else to do for a business I will make a filipino restaurant here! hahaha!
eng, i personally don't like salmon too much. For some reason I fins it too "fishy" with the taste most esp the belly part. Its oil simply turns me away but hubs loves it so I still cook it from time to time. I bake it with lemon and seasonings =)

ReplyDeletehmmm, jifdc.... you've been speaking up lately huh. =P
ReplyDeleteSounds quite simple to prepare. I always fry the salmon with a little butter.
ReplyDeletepete, butter gives a certain taste to it but don't forget a hint of lemon. It's a lot better too =)
