Cherie, chicken at least is a lot healthier than pork or beef. Many ways to cook it too...i miss the filipino dishes for chicken. How do you usually cook you chicken?
eng, it's also my fave.... I totally agree that it's the tastiest part. I mostly use drumstick and breast now for cooking. I know it will taste better with wings though.

cherie, don't like sayote there so i use papaya too! ok lang walang malunggay or any leaves as long as marami yung semi-ripe papaya...medyo sweet.
